New town homes are coming to Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach
A total of 57 three-story townhouses are being built at Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, according to a news release.
Home builder Pulte Homes is expected to have a grand opening for Townes at Barefoot sometime this year.
The new development will be on on Barefoot Resort Bridge Road near Putter’s Pub restaurant in the golf cart-friendly neighborhood, the release states.
The homes, which is two miles from the beach, will be around $400,000. That price includes amenities in the community and beach parking, according to the release.
Each residence is more than 2,100 square feet and includes a one car garage. There are four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
The master suite is on the second floor, along with two other bedrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom and bathroom, the release states.
Townhouses also feature a screened porch for outdoor gatherings.
Barefoot Resort offers golf courses, walking and biking trails and restaurants.
