Here are the four most expensive homes pending sale in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach

Some homeowners in North Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are willing to spend millions of dollars to get their dream home.

The four most expensive homes under contract in these cities range in price from $2.8 million to $5.7 million, according to a list compiled on Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors’ website.

The list shows detached or standalone residential homes that are pending sale contingent on financing, contract or cash terms as of Sept. 4:

1. 488 Waccamaw River Road, Myrtle Beach — $5.7 million

The house, which was built in 2004, sits on 3.3 acres. It features seven bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The master wing has walk-in closets, a sitting area and a full bath. There is also a guest house that has two bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The house also has its own driveway. The main living space features an exercise room and movie theater. In the backyard, there is a patio area with a pool and hot tub. The property is gated and includes a tennis court and a gazebo.

2. 4302 Gray Heron Drive, North Myrtle Beach — $3,099,900

This single-story home is new construction in Dye Estates at Barefoot, a gated community. There are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, which includes the pool restroom. The home sits alongside the Intracoastal Waterway and has a private dock and a boat lift. The property also features a pool, spa and a fire pit.

3. 1771 Serena Drive, Myrtle Beach — $2,975,000

The home, which is in the Grand Dunes community, offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway. There are numerous large spaces in the house suitable for an office, game room or exercise room. The property includes a private, multiple tier pool, hot tub and an outdoor kitchen. It is set for completion in 2023.

4. 5938 Channel St., North Myrtle Beach — $2.8 million

The three-story home is on the inlet of the Cherry Grove section of the city. It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The house offers panoramic views of the ocean and channel from large decks. The backyard features a dock, a heated pool with a waterfall from the hot tub, outdoor changing and shower rooms.
