Liquid nitrogen used for new Sub Zero Frozen Yogurt business in Myrtle Beach | Open/Shut Case

The Grand Strand’s first Sub Zero Frozen Yogurt opened in Myrtle Beach just in time to make this summer season a little cooler. Sub Zero takes ice cream a little farther by creating it right before the customer’s eyes with liquid nitrogen. Guests can make their own unique flavor, or order a sensation.

Sub Zero ice cream starts with a base, such as cream, yogurt, or lactose free. From there, guests can decide on a flavor or combination, like cherry and cheesecake. Then there will be an array of mix-ins to perfect your dessert, with delicious brownie bites or mixed berries.

You can create your unique creamy frozen treat at 106 Sayebrook Parkway between noon and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays they close an hour later. Call 843-293-7820 or visit subzeroicecream.com for more information on the process and all the flavors. Sub Zero also has a page for our local store under facebook.com/subzeromyrtlebeach.
