Myrtle Beach Hot Summer Nights
Alright Myrtle Beach, get ready for 2016’s HOT SUMMER NIGHTS, which technically started June 6 and runs through Aug. 15 in Plyler Park on the Boardwalk and along Ocean Boulevard. Monday's Kids Carnival will feature entertainment, giant inflatables, face painting, characters, super heroes, your favorite Princess, games, & balloon art. There will probably be some stuff for the kids there, too. Also, live performances on the stage featuring an all-kid lineup. Mark your calendars, this event is held every Monday from June 6 - August 15 from 6–9 pm.Wednesday nights will feature live bands on the Blu Energy Stage from 7 -9 pm on 9th Ave N & Ocean Blvd. Boardwalk Elvis will be in Plyler Park on Wednesdays from 6:30-8 pm, and Friday nights will feature live music and concerts on the I Love Sugar stage from 7 pm -10 pm with a variety of top bands, with “Paperwork” this Friday.
Conway Riverfest
If there’s one thing Conway knows, it’s rivers. And fests. With that in mind, throw on some Docksiders and get down to Riverfront Park in Conway, SC for Conway Riverfest 2016, an independence celebration held along the Waccamaw River in downtown Conway. Activities start at 11 am, and run through 11 pm. This popular festival features live entertainment, an artisan market, tennis tournament, a raft race, activities and games for all ages, food, fireworks and much, much more. Festa Italiana at Market Common
For two days, Market Common will be going Italian. June 25 and 26, the Sons of Italy Myrtle Beach Lodge #2662 will celebrate 24 years of Italian Festivals with “FESTA ITALIANA” at The Market Common. The festival will featuring authentic Italian foods such as sausage and pepper sandwiches, meatball heroes, Neapolitan style pizza, chicken parmesan, and ravioli. Homemade Italian desserts will be available, including cannolis, zeppolis (fried dough), Italian ices, biscotti, and assorted Italian cookies. Soft drinks, beer and Italian wines will also be available.
