California Rolls brings Asian fare to Myrtle Beach | Open/Shut Case
Delicious East Asian fare is making a new appearance in the form of California Rolls. A restaurant that got its start in the third largest city in China, Guangzhou, California Rolls has now made its way to Myrtle Beach and will celebrate its grand opening on June 8th.
Despite its Chinese origins, the cuisine is mainly Japanese, with a focus on sushi and hibachi meals. The restaurant also serves pan-seared entrees, udon, and fried rice. California Rolls doesn’t want to be inaccessible for those who don’t prefer East Asian cuisine and offers a few American appetizers and sides, such as wings or fries.
In the kitchen is a popular sushi chef who has been preparing delightful rolls for a few years prior at the Four Seasons. Now he brings his talents to 715 N. Ocean Boulevard, and is looking forward to serving guests every day starting from 11a.m. California Rolls can be reached at 843-945-1646 and also has a website, californiarollsmyr.strikingly.com, which has their full menu listed.
