Q) Are you a local?
A) Yeah. Born & raised. Never lived anywhere else.
Q) Favorite place in the world?
A) Well I don't travel that many places so I'm gonna go with the Bahamas; it's the only place I've traveled.
Q) What was your first job?
A) I was, a hostess at Ichiro's.
Q) How long have you been a bartender?
A) Oh one month. Yeah!
Q) Favorite thing about being a bartender?
A) Uh, the people. The interaction with the people.
Q) Most embarrassing moment?
A) Oh God this is awful, I go into the back of this store, go to the bathroom, I come back, and I'm totally joking, because I knew that it was only my family in the store, I kick open the door like I'm breaking into this house, I was like, "Whew! That was a bad one!" The store was packed. There had to be 60 people in there, and to this day my parents tell EVERYONE that story, just to ruin my life!
Q) Favorite drink to make?
A) Oh the Banana Bow Tie. Yeah. It's like mango, and banana, and a little bit of Captain Morgan, and you just mix it all together, throw it in the blender, and you top it off with Myer's dark rum, it's really good.
Q) Worst quality in a bar patron?
A) The yelling and the waving and the whistling, I can't stand that one.
Q) Signature drink?
A) So my signature drink's gonna be the Banana Bow Tie, you've got mango puree and banana puree, you put it in the blender, the row some Captain Morgan in there, you blend it up, and top it off with Myer's dark rum. It's really good. It's like my favorite. If I could drink it all day I would. But I'm not allowed, hahaha!
