Bike Night on The Deck at House of Blues
It’s almost that time again, you know, when the doctors and dentists from up north roll into town on their bikes and cruise the Myrtle Beach streets. That’s right, Bike Night – a benefit for local veterans - is BACK on The Deck at House of Blues starting at 6 p.m. April 7 and happening every Thursday night until Oct. 20. THAT means there will be something going on EVERY week at the House of Blues, and this is your open invitation. Don’t say you were bored on a Thursday night ever again.

James Earl Jones said it best in “Field of Dreams,” “The one constant through all the years has been baseball. Baseball has marked the time.”
With that in mind, grab your mitt and put on your cap, because Pelicans baseball is back.
The Myrtle Beach Pelicans Opening Day will kick off Apr 7 at TicketReturn.com Field, at 7:05 p.m. And it’s Thursday, so you know what that means; that’s right, Thirsty Thursday featuring $1 Bud and Bud Light drafts/$2 cans from 6–8 p.m. While you’re there, visit the Surge table for some swag (stuff we all get) and get your photo taken, because it’s 2016, we’re all incredibly vain, of course we love our photo taken.

California Roots, The Carolina Sessions
California Roots, The Carolina Sessions will descend upon downtown Myrtle Beach Saturday, April 9, starting at 11 a.m. Featured acts: Stick Figure, Passafire, The Movement, Fortunate Youth, Fear Nuttin’ Band, New Kingston, Sun Dried Vibes, Moska Project, Treehouse, 311 and SOJA. If that’s not enough for you, put your dancing shoes on for the California Roots/The Carolina Sessions AFTER party with Signal Fire. If that’s not enough incentive, guess what, it’s FREE starting at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday April 9 at Bourbon Street Bar & Grill.
The MarshWalk Masters
The MarshWalk Masters will take place Saturday, April 9, so if you have knickers, put them on (THIS DAY ONLY, then throw them out) and putt your way through the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, stopping for fun at each of the restaurants along the way.
Play the hole at each of the nine stops on the MarshWalk Masters Tour and, as in golf, the lowest scores win. Play in any order you choose while enjoying the beautiful MarshWalk vies, along with drink and appetizer specials at each restaurant. Also that tournament in Augusta, you know, the Augusta Masters Golf Tournament will be on TV so you can look at guys in knickers who are better than you play golf while you play.
