According to their facebook page The Taverne is “the best kept secret on the beach” they like to keep it simple, but with quality food and service. Happy hour is from 4-7 p.m. every day with specials including house liquor for $3 and Bud Light draft $2. At The Taverne, drink prices are always budget-friendly, with house vodka $2.50, domestic beer $2.25, PBR $1.75 and homemade apple pie shots for $3. There is also a full menu with the kitchen open until midnight. Weekly food specials include Monday 50¢ wings, Tuesday $3 cheese quesadillas, Wednesdays $3 personal pizzas and Thursdays $1 tacos. Mondays and Fridays feature homemade blue plate specials.

TIPS

The Taverne has PBR draft for $1 Sunday - Thursday 11am until close. Tuesdays are bingo nights - but you have to be there by 6 to play. Only the first 25 people get cards and there are prizes for each round.
