Q) Where are you from?
A) North Carolina. Ocean Isle. But I wasn’t born there, I was born in Jacksonville.
Q) How long have you been bartending?
A) I’ve been a bartender for four years.
Q) How’d you get into it?
A) Hooters! Of course! They asked me if I wanted to be a bartender, of course I said yes.
Q) First job?
A) My first job was a serving job slinging seafood in Calabash.
Q) Secret skills?
A) I have really good reflexes!
Q) Best quality in a bartender?
A) Obviously being proactive. Efficiency and speed as well, you have to be fast and you have to also be a people person.Just being able to talk to people and relate to people will make you a really good bartender.
Q) Best quality in a Hooters girl?
A) The best quality in a Hooters girl is to be fun, and glamorous, and an all-American cheerleader. A person that everybody can talk to and relate to. It’s all about having fun being a Hooters girl.
Q) Favorite drink to make?
A) The Hooterade.
Q) Perks to being a bartender?
A) It’s fun. It’s different because you get to engage with people more, you get to really make more friends as a bartender.
Q) Favorite drink to consume?
A) I love tequila. I love margaritas, tequila shots, and then I also like whisky.
Q) Signature drink?
A) It is gonna be our original Hooterade. It’s going to be UV blue vodka, blue curaçao, lemonade, Mountain Dew, and Agave.
