All entries must include event name (i.e. band, performer or activity), category (must be set to MUSIC regardless the type of entertainment), price (if admission is free, type in “No Cover”; if the field is left blank, “no cover” will be entered), date/time (you only need to enter a start time, as we don’t print end times); location (the venue’s proper name must be entered and spelled correctly, and the accurate street address must be entered as well, along with the venue’s phone number).
