On the Fly | Pirate’s Cove, Island Bar and House of Blues among hottest places to be this weekend
ROSHAMBEAUX
On Feb. 19, get down to Pirate’s Cove & Lounge in North Myrtle Beach for “Roshambeaux,” a self-described “big, rowdy modern electronically twisted rock duo,” based out of Atlanta.
Their freshman album, “Illuminaughty,” is out now and will get you up to speed on your Roshambeaux before you attend the show.
Get ready to get “rowdy” and “modern” and “twisted,” from 9-11 p.m. Feb. 19.
Sleeping Policeman with Gray Click
Not enough for you? Well get down to Island Bar & Grill in Surfside Feb. 19 as well for Sleeping Policeman with Gray Click. And no, it’s not an actual sleeping policeman. Although that would be a pretty fantastic, innovative show. In fact if anyone knows any police officers who work doubles with little sleep, contact me, I have an idea for a show.
Dino Capone's School of Rock
The House of Blues will feature aspiring music students rocking out from Dino Capone's School of Rock, Friday, Feb. 19.
Tickets are $6 advance, $10 day of show, and are available by visiting or calling the House of Blues box office, and remember: HOB’s Music Hall is a no smoking facility, so keep your carbon monoxide outside.
The show is for all ages, subject to parental discretion. If you have any additional questions call the House of Blues box office at (843) 272-3000.
