Bourbon Street Christmas Party

Listen up Christmas elves, the Bourbon Street Christmas Party is happening, and it’s happening Thursday, Dec. 17, featuring The Atwater Band.

The party will benefit Toys for Tots, and people who like to drink who have nowhere better to be. Don’t miss the “customer appreciation” hour from 9-10 p.m.; $5 or an unwrapped toy gets you in, so stop by the ATM. Or the Toys ‘R’ Us.

Ugly Island

It’s almost that time of year: To spend money you don’t have and be nice to relatives you don’t like. With that in mind, get ready to get uncomfortable because it’s time for the 2nd annual Ugly Sweater Party at Island Bar and Grill in Surfside.

Stop by the Island for fire nog, Christmas songs and karaoke, PLUS all the Christmas cheer you can possibly stand. Guaranteed to be the hap-hap-happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap danced with Danny [insert profanity here] Tanner.

Here’s the deal. If you wear an ugly sweater, you get a free shot, AND, the ugliest sweater wins a $20 bar tab!! drinks!
