Donations: Family Outreach is dedicated to helping build strong families in Horry County by providing community based programs that work to meet the needs of pregnant and parenting young adults and teens in Horry County. Volunteers: Literacy Tutors are needed to work with young scholars in Freedom Readers After School Literacy Program. Students in grades K - 5 are welcome to participate in our one-on-one tutoring program. Tutors are trained in the skills needed to work effectively at keeping young scholars interested, motivated, and having fun as they learn.
