Sugar Ray, Lit, Everclear coming to Myrtle Beach in July

The Myrtle Beach Speedway will host Sugar Ray, Everclear, Lit and Sponge on July 15 as part of a nationwide tour the bands are on called the 5th annual Summerland Tour.

The tour is a ’90s alternative music tour. The tour features Sugar Ray (“Every Morning,” “When It’s Over” and Fly”), Everclear (“Everything to Everyone,” “Father of Mine”), Lit (“My Own Worst Enemy”) and Sponge ( “Plowed”) and kicks off on July 8 in Louisville, Ky., and will include more than 25 dates throughout the United States before wrapping on August 21 in San Antonio. The Speedway Ampitheatre has already announced Mike Posner, Montgomery Gentry, 3 Doors Down and Huey Lewis and the News as bands making their way to the area this spring and summer.
