Stage Left opens ‘Art of Murder’
Stage Left Theatre Company, in its third season in The Market Common, opens the comedy “Art of Murder,” through Oct. 25.
The thriller centers on a professional painter waiting for his art dealer to arrive, and unexpected results.

Southern gospel performers flock to ‘Gaither Fest’
Fans of Southern gospel music will flock to the 10th annual “Gaither Fest,” with concerts at 7 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, at Oak Street and 21st Avenue North.
Scheduled entertainers are:
▪ Both days –Gaither Vocal Band (Bill Gaither, Adam Crabb, Wes Hampton, David Phelps and Todd Suttles), Buddy Greene, The Isaacs, Gene McDonald, The Nelons, Karen Peck & New River, Angela Primm, Wesley Pritchard, Charlotte Ritchie, Russ Taff, Kevin Williams.
