Democrats are not disgrace to God and country

Ref. to the letter, “Democratic Party is ‘disgrace’ to God and country,” by James Thorndyke

I am a senior citizen and I have never read such garbage. I am not surprised that The Sun News would print such a letter.

Mr. Thorndyke, where did you come from?

Obama is a Christian. He was raised by his mother and his grandmother who are white. What religion do you have?

Republicans brag about controlling politics in South Carolina. Is this why almost 50 percent live below the poverty line? Wages are so low most families have to have two jobs.

Education is not up to par. You have a governor who doesn't think people need health care.

We had eight years of a Republican president, and we were in a war, people lost jobs, homes and pensions. Stocks were down. The automobile industry was failing.

People who quote from the Bible untruths need to look at their mirror.

I feel sorry for people like you. Your views are biased and radical.
