Victim in Jimmagan’s bar shooting charged with attempted murder
A gunshot victim was arrested Friday in connection with a shooting at Jimmigan’s bar Aug. 5, according to Myrtle Beach Jail booking records.
Kenneth Walter Green, 30, whose hometown was not listed, is now charged with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and unlawful carrying of a pistol, according to jail records.
Marquis Jamal Burgess, 27, of Myrtle Beach, was arrested later the same day of the incident, police said.

Myrtle Beach police officers were called about 3:06 a.m. Aug. 5 to Jimmagan’s sports bar at 6003 N. Kings Highway where police said they were told by several patrons that a fight happened inside the bar involving two men firing guns at one another.
Both men allegedly shot at each other then left the bar, according an arrest warrant for Burgess.
Green was found a short time later in a hotel parking lot and taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for treatment, authorities said.
Green was awaiting a bond hearing at the Myrtle Beach Jail on Saturday morning, records show.
Burgess was being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center Saturday morning on $30,000 bond, according to jail records.
