MISTREATMENT

Fine too light to curb animal abuse

So, a Conway woman is fined only $445 for the mistreatment of 146 dogs? That’s the real crime; charge her $445 per dog, and that comes out to $64,970.

That $45 fine was probably well worth it for her. Now she can start up another puppy mill.

What a disgrace.

No wonder these sub humans ( I won’t call them animals for fear of offending the dogs ), continue to abuse these poor helpless things. No pun intended here at all, I take this very seriously, but the system needs to put some bite in these fines or this will never stop.
