Campaigns are always a tough road to journey down. Candidates must always make sure that their i's are dotted and t’s are crossed for fear of public backlash. We have had a long journey together during the Horry County Council chairman campaign process.
The Horry Count Conservative Republican Movement has had the chance to observe all the candidates during this campaign and now that it has come down to Al Allen and Mark Lazarus, we find both men to be good and decent men. However it must be about who can lead Horry County into the future and set the foundation for better roads, safer communities, economic development and a future that is safe and bright for this generation and those to come.
As the movement has been fighting for conservative leaders with proven conservative values, public voting records and performance, it gives me great pleasure to announce that we are endorsing Al Allen for chairman of Horry County Council.
Councilman Al Allen has proven time and time again that he is a voice of and for the people of Horry County. Al is not afraid to stand up against his own party when they fall off base. Al has backbone, leadership and is the hardest working councilman for the people that this county has seen in years. Al Allen will not tire, he will not rest and he will not give up the fight for getting more jobs in Horry County, better roads and making sure the public is safe and free from crime, and that is just what we the people need for leadership on council.
Al Allen will unite this county and the good people. I hope you all will join us by sending a proven leader to be the next chairman of Horry County Council to represent all of Horry. Our county is the lighthouse that shines bright throughout this state and we need leadership that we can count on to keep that light shining bright. Al Allen has the personal relationships with our local, state and federal leaders that he can get to work on Day 1.
Join the conservative movement and fight for freedom and responsible leadership. Vote Al Allen on March 26.
