I would like to address the residents of South Carolina on considering a referendum for the 2016 national election regarding the electoral vote. I think it should be up to all the voters of this country to decide the outcome of an election. The electoral vote would have to be explained in detail for everyone and require discussions locally and statewide. This is something that is discussed at every election, so let’s start now as it would probably take four years to get it on the ballot.
It seems Congress is not interested in solving this problem so we the people should. If you are interested please contact your representative as I will be doing, to have the referendum on the 2016 ballot, also research the electoral vote and have an opinion. Thank you.
