Obama’s ‘hope and change’ now ‘despair and welfare’

When President Obama was elected, his slogan “Hope and Change” was instrumental in winning the election as it attracted moderates, independents and some Republicans to vote for him.

However, as his term of office is nearing its end, the “Hope and Change” has morphed into “Despair and Welfare.”
