Letters to the Editor

Golf clothes? That’s what’s worth complaining about?

Re May 22 letter by Thomas Brennan, “Golf tour traditions in jeopardy”

Mr. Brennan, I congratulate you! With all the strife, unemployment, national debt, education problems, homelessness, housing market failure and so many other serious issues that need attention, you choose to complain about golfers’ attire, facial hair and logos. What a wonderful world you must live in, since these are the issues you feel need attention.

Next time I’m feeling depressed about the state of affairs around me, I will be comforted by the fact that you are pursuing relief on the important things.
