Three Ohio women were arrested by North Myrtle Beach police and charged with nudity on Thursday, J. Reuben Long Detention Center records show.

Hannah Nicole Ash, 21, Harleigh Rene Cruse, 22, and Michaela Leanne Triplett, 21, were booked at the detention center about 11:30 p.m., records show.

A complainant told police he saw three women strip down and enter the pool area Thursday night at the Blockade Runner, 1910 N. Ocean Blvd., a report said. The suspects ignored the complainant when he said the pool was closed, according to the report.

An employee approached them, asking them to contain their noise level and put their clothes on, but Cruse "got loud and disrespectful," the report said.

The women were escorted to their room and Cruse then approached an employee in a threatening manner and struck the employee in the face, the report said. The employee did not want to press charges, but had some redness on the face, according to the report.

The Sun News has updated this report. According to North Myrtle Beach spokesperson Patrick Dowling, there was an error in booking at J. Reuben Long and no prostitution charges are associated with the case.
