Authorities said a woman assaulted three people in a Myrtle Beach hotel room after she accused two of the victim’s of getting too close to each other.
Police were called 8:20 p.m. Thursday to a hotel at 210 75th Ave. N. where a 45-year-old man, 26-year-old woman, and 32-year-old woman reported the incident.
The man told police that Amy Marie Britt, 30, was drinking heavily and got angry because she thought something was going on between him and one of the victims, according to the report.
Police said Britt threw a small portable speaker at the 26-year-old victim, hitting her in the head and causing it to bleed.
The 32-year-old victim stood up and the man said he saw Britt hit her on the side of the face. Britt then attacked the man by grabbing him by his shirt, biting him on the chest, and punching him in the mouth, police said.
Britt told officers that one of the female victims hit her; however, police said they didn’t see any injuries on her.
Britt was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence.
