A Conway man, who had been employed as a substitute teacher and a volunteer with the Myrtle Beach High School’s football team, was arrested Thursday on charges he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl, according to authorities.
James Michael Frazier II, 22, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor after Myrtle Beach police were notified Tuesday about the incidents, according to affidavits.
In the warrants, the girl’s father noticed numerous text messages and phone calls between Frazier and his daughter. Investigators learned Frazier and the girl had a relationship between Aug. 15 until Monday.
The teen told officers that Frazier had sexually assaulted her twice in September at two locations in Myrtle Beach, according to the affidavit.
