Myrtle Beach police tased a nude man after they found him standing in the middle of a roadway, masturbating and he refused to comply with their commands to stop and be taken into custody, according to a police report.
Yevgeniy Aleksandrov Dyachkin, 21, of Myrtle Beach was charged with resisting arrest and indecent exposure after officers were called for a public nudity incident at 6 p.m. Thursday in the area of Rogers Drive and Beaver Road, police said. Officers noted several people were in the area watching the incident.
Officers noted in the report that Dyachkin appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The victim told police that Dyachkin came to his house and took off all his clothing and tried to beat the victim.
No other details were listed in the report.
