Report: His pants were down at the bus stop, then police found crack, heroin

A Myrtle Beach man was arrested Sunday after he reportedly sat on a bus stop bench with his genitals exposed and heroin and crack cocaine was found on him, according to a Conway police report.

Odell Gagum Jr., 48, is charged with disorderly conduct, trafficking heroin and possession of crack cocaine, online J. Reuben Long Detention Center records show.

When authorities arrived at 1418 3rd Avenue around 5 a.m., an officer saw Gagum sitting on a Coast RTA bench with his pants down and genitals exposed, the report states.

The officer then handcuffed and arrested Gagum for disorderly conduct, the report says. When Gagum was transported to J. Reuben Long Detention Center, heroin and crack cocaine were found in his pockets, the officer notes in the report.

Gagum’s bond was set at a total of $25,440, and he remained jailed as of Wednesday morning, according to online jail records.
