The 35th annual Atalaya Arts & Crafts festival continues at Atalaya castle, Huntington Beach State Park, between Murrells Inlet and Litchfield Beach on U.S. 17.
This showcase features artists and crafters from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
On display will be wares from 103 basket makers, photographers, glassblowers, woodworkers, painters, potters and other specialty artisans.
The festival runs from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Cost is $6 for ages 16 and older, free ages 15 and younger and all Passport Plus holders; $10 multiday pass for adults; park admission fee waived for this weekend only. Call 237-4440 or visit www.atalayafestival.com for info.
