A 49-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an incident involving indecent exposure of a child, according to a Georgetown County Sheriff's Office incident report.
Teresa Brown, of Boiling Springs, is charged with indecent exposure (overtly sexual) after she was seen taking pictures of a 7-year-old girl on the beach in North Litchfield.
The incident occurred Saturday when a witness told police that she had been on the beach watching Brown take pictures of the child, the report stated. The witness said she saw the girl pull down her bottoms and that Brown began taking pictures.
She then saw Brown place the girl in more provocative positions and take pictures.

A Sheriff's deputy, who responded to the scene, also saw Brown through binoculars take a picture of the child with her buttocks in the air, bending over a small chair, the report stated. Deputies on scene then saw the girl pull her bottoms down in the surf and Brown began taking pictures of her.
The deputies then approached Brown and told her why they were there.
Brown became defensive, according to the report, and offered to let the deputies look at her camera. She told them that she was in a photography class and that the girl was a super model.
Brown was taken to the Georgetown County Detention Center.
She was released Sunday on a $10,000 bail, according to jail officials.
