Brunswick County Sheriffs’ Deputies arrested three people over two days on drug-related charges.
Wendell Dane Fulford, 45, of Watts Road SW in Ocean Isle Beach, was arrested Thursday and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance and maintaining a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance, according to the sheriff’s office.
On Friday agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit arrested David Joseph Paolilli, 39, of Kestrel Drive, Shallotte, during a traffic stop and charged him with possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver marijuana, conspiring to sell marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. He also is charged with selling marijuana, stemming from an incident in October.
The passenger in the car at the time of the traffic stop, David Leroy Hardee, 61, of Lakewood Drive of Shallotte, is charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell and deliver marijuana, conspiring to sell marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. In July, he was arrested on similar charges where 208 grams of marijuana and over $97,000 in cash was seized from his home, according to the Sheriff’s office.
