Founded in Dallas in 2003 by Jeff Sinelli, Which Wich is best known for its menu of customizable sandwiches, ordering system and customizable sandwich bags.
Wilkinson noted his franchises participates in Project PB&J –an initiative by Sinelli that began earlier this year to “spread the love” and give back to communities.
Here's how it works: Which Wich will tally the number of pb&j sandwiches sold ($3 each) and at the end of the month for each sandwich sold Which Wich will make a donation to an organization in need.
