Rain is likely throughout the day Saturday, with a slight chance of thunderstorms.
The city has given festival organizers the option to move activities to Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m., if inclement weather forces cancellation.
Amy Beth Franks, executive director of the Five Points Association, said if a decision is needed, it would not be made until Friday.
