A Little River pizzeria restaurant is up for sale. Here’s the asking price
Tom Liakos said he still gets calls from some of his former customers.
Liakos opened the Little River House of Pizza in 1999 and its sister store Little River House of Pizza No. II.
“I serve people... It’s a pleasure for me,” He said. “I love that place... It was a monument.”
Liakos had been in the business for 45 years when he decided to sell both restaurants, selling Little River House of Pizza two years ago. Known for its stromboli, calzones and pizza, the restaurant is once again back on the market.
Little River House of Pizza has been listed on Realty.com. The website says the property was first listed June 3, with an asking price of $350,000. Lawrence Stopper is listed as the real estate agent, but he did not respond to a request for comment.
An anonymous Facebook user posted that the restaurant was currently closed, and the eatery’s phone number goes to voicemail.
Steve Warbutton lists himself as the current owner of the property on Facebook, and he too did not return a request for comment.
Liakos said he has fond memories of his house of pizza, despite the possibility of a sale.
“I love Little River,” He added. “From the beginning, I find four walls, and I make a living.”
Little River House of Pizza is located at 1442 Highway 17.
