Myrtle Beach goes Hollywood

You don't have to go to California to experience the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Myrtle Beach is rolling out the red carpet with three tribute shows full of family fun, iconic characters, and star appeal.

Whether singing along to an adored song or reliving a classic movie moment, shows at Celebration Music Theatre, Legends in Concert and The Palace Theatre have plenty of recreated star power. For an evening of Tinseltown fun, check out these tribite shows appearing in the Grand Strand.

Superstarz! Live

Located in the former home of Legends in Concert in Surfside Beach, Superstarz! Live offers audiences intimate performances by tribute artists channeling some of the industry's most beloved singers and performers. Listen to a faux Elvis Presley croon some of his biggest hits, or watch as Tina Turner, Liza Minnelli, and Barbara Streisand impersonators and more light up the stage. The line up of celebrity tribute artists will change four times a year, giving audiences ample reasons to go back for more.

Legends in Concert

2925 Hollywood Drive, Myrtle Beach


For the past 15 years this fan favorite has wowed audiences in the Myrtle Beach area, recently moving to a new location next to Planet Hollywood near the Broadway at the Beach complex.

Along with a revamped show, audiences can also experience a new state-of-the-art setting. With a projected stage design, seating that surrounds it on three sides, and side stage monitors, every seat in the house will have a prime view of the glamorous and glittering Las Vegas-styled production.

Featuring renowned tribute artists and performers, Legends in Concert brings the Hollywood glamour to the stage. Along with apperances by performers paying tribute to Elvis Presley, played by Victor Trevino, Jr., deemed a top five Elvis tribute artist in the world by Elvis Presley Enterprises, a variety of other celebrity look-and-sound-alikes will also take the stage. Watch a faux Michael Jackson do the moonwalk, or catch homage to Dolly Parton, Little Richard, the Blues Brothers and many more shine live in concert.

This action-packed show blossoms with the nostalgic glitz and glamour of iconic movie scenes from the past 50 years. Audiences may revel in iconic movie clips coming to life on stage. Singers and dancers re-enact famous movie scenes, including tributes to Disney's "The Lion King," "Beauty and the Beast," and "Mary Poppins" performed live backed by an eight piece band providing the musical soundtrack.
