Horry County police are searching for a man armed with a kitchen knife who robbed a local pharmacy, according to a police report.
The man went to the CVS pharmacy located at 9718 N. Kings Highway about 7 p.m. Sunday and ordered a clerk to give him all the money out of the cash register, police said.
The man, who wore a hooded sweatshirt and had a bandanna covering his face, took the money and left the store, according to the report. A witness, who was outside the store at the time of the robbery, told police he thought he saw the man get into a Sport Utility Vehicle and leave the parking lot.
