A Florida man faces two charges related to an armed robbery in North Myrtle Beach at a convenience store, according to court records.
An Horry County grand jury indicted Frenchman D. Collins, 36, of Largo, Fla., was indicted on charges of armed robbery and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, according to indictments.
The charges stem from July 26 when a man went into the Kangaroo store located at 1350 U.S. 17 in North Myrtle Beach while armed with a knife and took money, according to authorities.
Collins is being held on $50,000 bail at J. Reuben Long Detention Center since his arrest on July 28.
