Three Horry County men were indicted by a grand jury on charges connected to a fatal shooting in Longs, according to court records.
William Dearch Landy Jr., 24, of Little River was indicted on a charge of murder in the Nov. 14 shooting death of 18-year-old Lakeem Omar Bellamy, according to the indictments released Tuesday.
Bellamy of Chestnut Run Road died about 1:15 a.m. Nov. 14 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center after he was shot in the chest while on Pint Circle in Longs, according to police. Officers were called to the hospital and learned of the shooting.
Two other men were indicted on charges of being an accessory after the fact of murder in connection with Bellamy’s shooting death.

Dennis Tyron Chestnut Jr., 19, of Longs and Jarmar Hashawn Wilson, 20, of Longs, were indicted on the charge, according to the indictments. At the time of their arrests, police also charged with men with pointing and presenting a firearm at a person.
Chestnut also was charged with possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person convicted of violent felony, police said.
All three men are currently at J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Conway.
