The Myrtle Beach Pelicans will hold a Hot Stove meet and greet reception at 7 p.m. on Feb. 15 at Broadway Louie's in Broadway at the Beach to kick off the beginning of spring training.
The event is free and open to the public, and is scheduled to feature former Pelicans and current Texas Rangers shortstop Elvis Andrus, Pelicans and Texas Rangers managing partner and CEO Chuck Greenberg, and new manager Jason Wood.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and attendees are encouraged to donate a non-perishable food item for the Community Kitchen of Myrtle Beach.
