A 21-year-old man told Myrtle Beach police he was robbed of cash when he went to get a tattoo, according to a police report.
The man said he was in the 700 block of Seaboard Street, parked his vehicle and had gotten an envelope with cash inside to put in his pocket about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.
The man said the suspect walked up, grabbed the envelope from him and when he asked for it back the suspect pulled out a handgun and pointed it at him, the report shows. The man said he backed up and the suspect left the area in a nearby vehicle.
Two witnesses, who were with the man but inside the tattoo shop, told police they saw the suspect rob the man and then leave in a vehicle.
