A Conway man was sentenced to 40 months in prison after he pleaded guilty this week to assault with intent to kill, according to court records.
Willie Lamont Wilson, 32, pleaded guilty before Circuit Court Judge Edward Cottingham to the charge, records show. Wilson was arrested on the charge in September.
Cottingham ordered Wilson to serve 40 months in prison and pay court costs, according to records. Wilson also was given credit for the time he’s served.
Details about the circumstances that led to the charge were not immediately available.
