Myrtle Beach police arrested a woman wanted by Oregon authorities for violating her parole, according to a police report.
Michelle Huffman, 43, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Sept. 30 after an officer heard a disturbance coming from Crepe Myrtle at 401 N. Seventh Ave., police said. The report was released Thursday.
Huffman told the officer she was arguing with a man she was staying with and when police checked her identification they learned she had an outstanding warrant from Oregon, according to the report. Huffman is wanted on a charge of violating her conditional release from jail for a charge of delivering methamphetamines, which carries a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
Huffman will be extradited to Oregon.
