A Myrtle Beach woman was arrested for a fourth offense prostitution charge after an undercover police officer said she agreed to perform a sexual act for $30, according to a police report.
Mindy Marie Weaver, 35, was charged with fourth offense prostitution after an undercover police officer picked her up in the area of East Collins Street and Withers Swash Lane, police said.
The officer said he asked Weaver if she needed a ride and she asked him if he was a police officer, which he denied, according to the report. Once inside the vehicle, the officer wrote in his report she agreed to the sexual act for $30 and he then arrested her.
When police checked Weaver’s criminal history, the officers learned she had three prior convictions for prostitution, according to the report. She was convicted in January 2008, March and August.
