Rodney Dexter Chandler, 31, was charged with unlawful possession of a gun, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute drugs and simple possession of drugs after officers were called to an apartment at 1111 Cherokee St., about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, police said.
