Horry County Coroner Robert Edge has identified a 20-year-old woman killed in a crash Thursday night as Delya Bondaeva of Elista, Russia.
The investigation into the crash near Broadway at the Beach continued Friday.
Bondaeva, who was a student from Russia in Myrtle Beach on an exchange program, was struck and killed about 7 p.m. Thursday when she tried to cross the street at Greens Boulevard and 21st Avenue North, according to police.
Bondaeva, who stayed at 2000 Greens Boulevard, was pronounced dead at the scene from internal injuries, Edge said.

Myrtle Beach police Capt. David Knipes said the crash remained under investigation Friday. Bondaeva was struck by a Ford Explorer traveling westbound, police said. No one was hurt in the vehicle.
Authorities said Bondaeva was believed to have been on her way to work at Broadway at the Beach.
