An Horry County grand jury indicted a Conway man on charges related to the sexual assault of four minors younger than 16, according to court records.
Shannon D. Simmons, 32, was indicted on two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor involving two 11-year-olds; lewd act on a minor involving a 15-year-old; and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor involving a 13-year-old, according to indictments.
The charges stemmed from incidents that occurred between March and April 19, according to court records.
Conway police arrested Simmons April 19 when he turned himself in to police. He is being jailed at J. Reuben Long Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
