An Aynor woman told Myrtle Beach police someone threw a brick through her car’s rear windshield as she drove through the intersection of Sixth Avenue North and Chester Street, according to a police report.
The officer wrote in his report he was stopped by several people along Sixth Avenue North near Flagg Street for a fight. While talking with the people in the street, the officer noted a loud noise and saw a vehicle stopped down the street.
Several people got out of the vehicle and a man was seen running away from the area, according to the report. The 19-year-old woman told police she saw the man walking near the intersection and when she stopped at the stop sign he threw the brick into her car.
Police searched the area for the man, but did not find him.
