A Myrtle Beach woman was charged with prostitution after she agreed to sex for $25 with an undercover police officer, according to a police report.
Kimberly Kawanda Carter, 36, was charged after she got into a vehicle with a police officer who was undercover in the area of North Chester Street and Fifth Avenue North, police said.
The officer wrote in his report that Carter asked several times if the man was a police officer before she agreed to get in the vehicle, according to the report.
