Myrtle Beach police arrest three Pa. men on sexual assault charges

Three Pennsylvania men were charged by Myrtle Beach police in connection with the sexual assault of a 23-year-old woman in the parking lot of Broadway at the Beach, according to a police report.

Dallas Bubba Frutchey, 19, Robert George Toma, 39, both of Easton, Pa., and Troy Terrell Wilson, 31, of Allentown, Pa., were each charged with kidnapping and first-degree criminal sexual conduct, said Capt. David Knipes. The men were stopped by North Myrtle Beach police following the incident that occurred between 1:45 and 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The men are being held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

Frutchey and Toma each had bail set at $30,000 on the sexual assault charge and $20,000 on the kidnapping charge, according to jail records. Bail for Wilson was set at $25,000 on the kidnapping charge and $35,000 for the sexual assault charge.

The Myrtle Beach woman told police she met Frutchey at Senor Frog's at Broadway at the Beach and had been drinking, according to the report. The woman said she talked to Frutchey for a while and during that time she was separated from her sister.

The woman said while she waited for her sister at the front of the business Frutchey demanded she leave with him and grabbed her arm and escorted her to a van in the parking lot, police said. The woman said inside the van the men sexually assaulted her before she was able to get away and call police.

The woman gave police a description of the van and soon after the assault North Myrtle Beach police stopped the van, which also had two other men inside, police said. The men were identified as the suspects and arrested.
