An Horry County jury found a Myrtle Beach man not guilty of a drug trafficking offense, according to court records.
Jurors deliberated for about 35 minutes before they found Gregory Rious, 45, not guilty of trafficking cocaine more than 10 grams, but less than 28 grams, according to records.
Horry County police charged Rious in February 2009. Testimony in Rious' trial began Wednesday, according to his attorney Ron Hazzard.
