A Longs man was sentenced to five years in prison after he pleaded guilty to burglary and escape charges, according to the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
Aaron D. Stanley, 21, pleaded guilty to three counts of nonviolent burglary and an escape charge, according to records. The charges were filed against Stanley in November 2008.
Circuit Court Judge Larry Hyman sentenced Stanley to 10 years in prison, but suspended that sentence upon Stanley’s service of five years in prison and three years on probation.
